Pennsylvania, Ohio, USA, May 1, 2024 — AT-Newswire.com / TopTechTidbits.com — The Pennsylvania Council of the Blind (PCB) is excited to announce the call for session proposals for its 89th Annual Statewide Conference.
“This conference is not just about sharing ideas; it’s about expanding the horizons of what accessibility can mean for each individual. We are eager to see the innovative and diverse ways our community tackles accessibility challenges.”
This seminal event will be hosted virtually on the Zoom platform from Thursday, October 17, through Sunday, October 20, 2024. This year, PCB embraces the theme “Accessibility: A Buffet of Choices,” focusing on the diverse ways accessibility can be achieved for individuals experiencing vision loss.
PCB invites experts, innovators, and advocates from all backgrounds to submit proposals that address innovative solutions and strategies for enhancing accessibility. The conference will serve as a platform to showcase a variety of methods — high tech, low tech, or no tech — that facilitate independence and equality in the daily lives of people with vision loss.
