Greetings everyone. I am very excited to announce to you today the official launch of the PWD Media Distribution Cooperative. Why and how is it a “cooperative”? Well, that is precisely what I hope to explain in the following paragraphs. Let’s open with a bit of background as to how this cooperative got started, and then I’ll explain what it is, what it does, how it works, and finally, how you can reach out for consideration if you’re interested.
At the behest of a very good friend and business associate by the name of Blake Steineke, I was introduced to one Dr. Kirk Adams back in May of 2024.
Upon reaching out to Dr. Adams I was invited to be a guest on his Heart of Influence Show which he co-hosts with Sean Callagy and Bella Verita once a month.
I accepted his most gracious invitation and had an incredible time on the show.
Following the show Dr. Adams and I began to converse about mostly academic topics for which we both held interest. In doing so we discovered that we not only knew many of the same people, but that we were, in many cases, actively trying to help many of the same people as well.
This is when we began to take a closer look at our combined networks, and how we might better utilize them together for greater exposure. A benefit that we knew would trickle down to every single person, company and organization that we were both trying to help. A true-win-win-win. Not only does Mind Vault Solutions, Ltd. and Innovative Impact, LLC win, but so does every single one of our combined clientele.
So let’s talk numbers. As of this writing, Dr. Kirk Adams has 30,144 followers on LinkedIn. Top Tech Tidbits reaches 40,000 + readers per week. Access Information News reaches 40,000 + readers per week. AT-Newswire reaches more than 20,000 + readers per post. The Innovative Impact Newsletter reaches 4,000 + readers per month. Additional partner channels provided by Donna J. Jodhan, LLB, ACSP, MBA reach 7,500 + readers. And every single one of those readers is tied, in some form, to the disability community.
Here at the Vault we use software called Hootsuite to aggregate all of those social media channels into one application. This allows us to schedule posts across all of those channels, at one time, from a single interface. As of this writing, between myself, Mind Vault (Top Tech Tidbits, Access Information News and AT-Newswire), Dr. Kirk Adams, Donna Jodhan and Ed Henkler, we are currently reaching 153,000 + disability-specific readers with every post that we schedule.
It is my heartfelt belief that this is the largest, highest quality, most-relevant disability-specific distribution network in the world today. And that’s why we’d like to share it, and grow it, alongside others in the community that could benefit from the exposure.
Please be advised that this not a free service, but it is, intentionally, a very low cost one. These posts take time to schedule. And we cannot (from a legal or compliance perspective) provide anyone else with access to the distribution portal. Therefore, only Mind Vault can schedule them. Therefore, anyone who wishes to schedule posts acoss the distribution network will need to pay Mind Vault its hourly rate for the time required to schedule those posts.
Our hourly rate is $50 USD. At 25 channels, currently, it takes approximately 15 minutes to schedule a single post for a single date across all 25 channels. Making the cost of a single post to the network just $12.50 USD, per post, per date. This is a rate that we intend to keep flat, but as the number of channels grows, so too will the amount of time required to post to them. If we hit 50 channels, you can expect the cost to increase to $25 USD per post. But at 50 channels, my guess is that we will be reaching more than a quarter of a million readers with each post. And nowhere in the world today can you get that for just $25 USD.
We want for members of the co-op to be selected based purely on the “quality” of subscribers that they have to share with the co-op, and not just the “quantity” or sheer number of subscribers that they have available. There are members of the co-op sharing 30K subscribers while other members share only 7.5K subscribers. It doesn’t matter. All members are treated equally. All members pay the same nominal fee to post, regardless of how many subscribers they share with the co-op.
Membership in the cop-op is currently available by invitation only, and likely will be for the foreseeable future. We’re not quite sure just how big this will get yet, so we plan to take it slow. Here’s what we’re looking for in a co-op candidate, ideally. You are a person, company or organization with a large, verified following of persons with disabilities on either LinkedIn or a Facebook Page. This does NOT include personal Facebook profiles. We cannot schedule posts to personal Facebook profiles. We can only schedule posts to Facebook Pages. So if you have a large following (10K followers or more) of persons with disabilities on LinkedIn or on a Facebook Page, I encourage you to reach out to us to see if there might be a fit. You can reach me anytime at ad@mvsltd.com 📧️.
What about Twitter? X? Instagram? YouTube? Mastodon? TikTok? SnapChat? Etc.?
We are not currently accepting co-op members with large PWD followings on these networks due to the rules these networks have put in place for scheduled posting. In short, these networks force us to schedule each post individually, which is impossible now, at 25 channels, and would become even more so as the network grew. So for now we’ll need to stick to just LinkedIn Profiles and Facebook Pages.

Each member that joins will increase the overall reach of the co-op. You agree to allow other members of the co-op to pay Mind Vault to schedule their PWD-related posts (only) across your channels, in addition to theirs. In return, you get to schedule all of your posts across their channels as well. Mind Vault acts as the steward, making sure everyone receives the same level of service. We do not provide the ability to approve posts on an individual basis. There is a certain amount of trust involved here. You may, however, request that your channels be removed from the network at any time, and for any reason. Or for no reason at all. Your networks belong to you. You may share them with the rest of the co-op as you see fit.
Okay, so, once you’re in, how does it work?
Once you’re accepted into the co-op you will set up a call with me during which we will securely connect the channels that you will be sharing with the co-op to the network. Once your channels have been added and verified, you can then begin requesting scheduling to the network.
What does that look like?
Each post may consist of:
- One (1) Title.
- One (1) Description. (5,000 characters max.)
- One (1) Link.
- One (1) Image.
- One (1) ALT description.
Different networks have different character limits, so we will always “re-factor” the content that you provide to meet the requirements of each network. This goes for your image and your text. Where we are permitted to do so, we will include up to 5,000 characters of text.
Now let’s say you want to run that post 3 times, over the next 3 Mondays. You will pay Mind Vault $12.50 x 3 and your provided post will be scheduled to run across the entire network over the next 3 Mondays. In short, you’ll reach more than 150K disability-specific readers, 3 times, for just $37.50 USD. There is no minimum post requirement. Post only when you want or need to, and watch the network grow.
I know there’s a lot of interest here. That’s why I wanted to get this post out to begin answering the most basic questions about it. I will do my best to respond to those that are interested as quickly as I am able, but some connections may take time. And at some point, we may need to pause the addition of new members altogether.
Please be patient with us as we try to gently roll out this new initiative.
Cheers!
