There are just 4 steps to the distribution process.
Step 1: Purchase Credits Within 12 hours of your purchase you will receive a Press Release Distribution Code (PRDC) that can be used to submit the number of Press Releases that you have purchased within one calendar year of your purchase date.
⚪️ Like A Credit Card You can think of each Press Release Distribution Code (PRDC) as a credit card that expires one year from the date of purchase. With a credit limit that reflects the number of Press Releases that you selected at the time of purchase.
⚪️ Multiple Codes Multiple Press Release Distribution Codes (PRDC) may be purchased. For example to take advantage of a sale or promotion. One code has no effect whatsoever on another.
⚪️ Value Each Press Release Distribution Code (PRDC) is good for the number of Press Releases purchased on the date the code was obtained.
⚪️ Refund Policy By using our services you understand and agree that all Press Release Distribution Code (PRDC) expirations are automatic and we are unable to offer refunds.
⚪️ Non-Transferrable Press Release Distribution Codes (PRDC) are non-transferrable. Each code belongs to the person, company or organization that purchased the code and may only be redeemed by that person, company or organization.
⚪️ Limited Redemption Window All Press Release Distribution Codes (PRDC) must be redeemed within one calendar year of the date of purchase.
Step 2: Submit Your Press Release Submit your Press Release for distribution any time you like within one calendar year of purchase.
⚪️ Sponsors If you are a current Sponsor of Top Tech Tidbits or Access Information News, and you pay for your Sponsorship either quarterly or annually, you receive one (1) free Press Release per quarter or five (5) free Press Releases per year. To use these free Press Releases at any time simply enter your Sponsor Name as your PRDC and we will credit your account accordingly. If you have no credits available, your Press Release will be held until you provide an active PRDC to pay for the distribution of your Press Release.
⚪️ Urgent Requests If your distribution needs are urgent, you may use the code “URGENT” to upload your Press Release prior to receiving your Press Release Distribution Code (PRDC). We will match your person, company or organization name with your URGENT request and submit your Press Release immediately upon approval.
Step 3: Editorial Review It takes us approximately 12 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to review Press Releases for distribution.
⚪️ All approved Press Releases will be distributed immediately if not scheduled.
⚪️ If scheduled, all approved Press Releases will be distributed at the date, time, and time zone that you chose when you submitted your Press Release.
⚪️ If your Press Release is not approved, our editors will reply to you within 12 hours indicating what must be corrected in order for your Press Release to be approved. You will then need to make these edits and resubmit them via email before your press release can be distributed or scheduled. You understand and agree that we cannot be held responsible for delays in news distribution caused by non-approvals. In order to maintain international compliance for news distribution we are required by law to meet each of the Editorial Guidelines outlined here. By using the AT-Newswire service, you agree to each of these guidelines as well.
⚪️ Please be sure to review our Editorial Guidelines to ensure a smooth review.
